View service about Preventive Maintenance Programs →We repair, service and maintain existing commercial roofs, steep slope and low slope, and diagnose what's wrong with them. We don't sell replacements, so we put everything into keeping the roof you have in service longer.

The source may not be where the water shows up. A moisture survey (IR or EFVM) finds where water is really getting in.
A preventive maintenance program puts inspections, drain clearing and minor repairs on a schedule, with a report after every visit.
A condition assessment rates every roof section and builds a prioritized repair list and multi-year capital budget.
A condition assessment, with a moisture survey where hidden water is a concern, documents the roof before you commit.
Restoration and life-extension repairs can keep it working for less than replacement, once a survey confirms the substrate is sound.

See it step by step: How an IR or EFVM moisture survey works →Manufacturer warranty inspection coordination: we coordinate manufacturer warranty inspections and work with all roofing system manufacturers.
We'd rather be clear up front. ARMS does not currently offer full roof replacement (we'll refer you to a replacement contractor) or drone surveys.
Our focus is commercial roofing, but we also take residential roof repairs in the areas we serve. We fix what is leaking or damaged so your existing roof stays in service. We do repairs only, not full roof replacements. Water coming in? Call the leak line. For a repair that can wait, send us a message.
ARMS is based in Martin, Georgia, and serves northeast Georgia, upstate South Carolina and western North Carolina.
Your baseline inspection and condition report are free with an ARMS maintenance program.
